FlippinOut slingshots are built from the ground up to be precision shooting tools, made by a shooter for shooters. When one gazes upon a work of art or architecture that “stirs” the soul, that feeling can be reduced to a few foundational mathematic principles. I design all of my slingshots around the Golden Ratio and Fibonacci Sequence (this will be explored in more depth in a later blog post). Doing so allows me to create slingshots that look as good as they feel. Neither too big, nor too small. The fork width is proportional to the handle length, the width is proportional to the depth, and the cross sections are balanced. They fit the human hand perfectly!!
