First thing to know- there are 3 basic categories of FlippinOut Slingshot, each with its own unique characteristics:
1. FlippinOut Signature Slingshots™
2. FlippinOut Natural Slingshots™
3. FlippinOut Custom Slingshots™
Our Signature and Natural Slingshots each have a few “subcategories” and the varieties of FlippinOut Customs are as limitless as your (and Nathan Masters’) imagination.
Here’s an overview of each category of slingshot we offer:
1. FlippinOut Signature Slingshots (“Signatures”) are the pinnacle of shooting performance, aesthetic balance, and ergonomic comfort. Each Flippinout Signature Slingshot is custom-crafted one at a time for long-lasting beauty, shooting pleasure, and accuracy. Made from the highest grades of natural and high tech materials, Flippinout takes “boardcuts” and “laminates” to a whole new level of perfection and distinction. We take pride in offering the most easy to shoot and ergonomic slingshots that are also functional works of art.
There are 4 Grades of FlippinOut Signature Slingshots:
A. FlippinOut Collector Grade™ – Slingshots crafted from materials selected for their inherent beauty and artistry. For the serious collector of functional art and the slingshot enthusiast who insists upon the very best. These slingshots are as functional as they are beautiful.
B. FlippinOut Enthusiast Grade™ – Slingshots built from the ground up to be precision shooting tools incorporating high quality materials and built in ergonomics. For the shooter who demands performance and rugged beauty in one slingshot, the Enthusiast Grade from Flippinout blends strength and beauty in one precision package.
C. FlippinOut Sportsman Grade™ – All of the same great designs in the FlippinOut line made from materials that can withstand extreme field use and abuse. Keep one in the boat, tacklebox, bug out bag, and truck- outstanding value and built in FlippinOut performance in one package.
D. FlippinOut Limited Edition Grade™ – From time to time, we will come across a design or material combination that must be offered to the die-hard slingshot connoisseur. When we do, we will offer a limited edition run of this design or material combination. Once these sequentially numbered, limited edition shooters are gone they will not be offered again. At FlippinOut Slingshots, we are collectors as much as we are shooters and recognize a “classic” in the making long before it becomes so- Hence, the Limited Edition Grade from FlippinOut Slingshots.
2. FlippinOut’s Natural Slingshots (“Naturals”) combine the graceful curves found inherent in a tree fork’s natural form while accommodating ergonomic elements of the human hand. Each Natural is a balance of form and function leading to a shooting instrument as unique as the tree from which it came. Often when folks think of slingshots, it is the venerable ‘Y’ shaped tree fork. Each FlippinOut Natural is as beautiful as it is functional, truly a timeless classic.
There are 2 subcategories of FlippinOut Natural Slingshot:
A. FlippinOut Hybrid Natural Slingshots™ – Our “Hybrid Naturals” are natural tree forks gone wild! Whether the tree fork is custom-carved or various materials are added for beauty and functionality, each FlippinOut Hybrid Natural Slingshot is truly a unique creation.
B. FlippinOut Simple Natural Slingshots™ – Nature provides quite possibly the most beautiful and functional slingshots known to mankind. At FlippinOut Slingshots, we seek out these simple and natural wonders and gently release the “fork within.” Call it simple, call it plain- these shooters are potent and elegant, commanding the respect of any enthusiast.
3. FlippinOut Custom Slingshots (“Customs”)
At FlippinOut Slingshots, we seek to provide the most ergonomic, high quality slingshots. We are #1 when it comes to taking your idea of the perfect shooter from concept to finished product. Through one-on-one collaboration, you are able to describe, suggest, and request the ideal slingshot just for you. Whether it be camel bone and koa to leather and lace, FlippinOut Slingshots can custom craft “the” perfect shooter for you. With our extensive inventory of exotic and hard to find materials combined with the heirloom quality craftsmanship we are known for, if you can dream it, we can build it. A true custom is only limited by your imagination!

1. Omega™:Over the Top OTT- 2.5″ between the forks, this shooter is best for those who want just one slingshot, as it may be the only slingshot you will ever need to own. Ideal for the person with large hands, yet still very manageable for the average male adult hand.

2. Axiom™: Over the Top OTT – 2″ between the forks, this shooter is the little brother to the Omega, sporting the same ergonomics and shootability, only smaller. This frame is ideal for women, children, or the shooter who prefers a smaller between the fork gap. This frame can be customized by changing the handle dimensions to allow a shooter with large hands to comfortably use this frame.

3. Peerless™:Through the Forks TTF – Some folks prefer the “through the forks” band attachment method similar to that of the Classic Whamo. This not only allows for quicker band changes and adjustment, but also reduces hand slap for those who do not shoot with a flip style or prefer lighter ammo.
