Safety Guidelines
While Slingshots can be used recreationally, they are NOT toys. Even though slingshots are not restricted items in most places, children should always be supervised by adults when using/shooting.
-ALWAYS wear eye protection.
-KNOW your target and what’s behind it.
-Make sure you have an adequate backstop for your target.
These products are made of natural materials and as such are subject to imperfections and possible failure at any time. Inspect the rubber band assemblies AND the wooden frame before each shot for any signs of wear, breakage or cracks.
DO NOT SHOOT IF BANDS, POUCH OR FRAME IS WORN OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY!
Replace damaged or worn bands immediately and retire a damaged frame.
Do not shoot at hard surfaces or at the surface of water. Slingshot ammo may bounce off or ricochet and hit someone or something you did not intended to hit.
Bands contain LATEX.
Always store bands in a cool, dark place when not in use. Do not expose bands to high temperatures(like your car on a summer day!!)

Upon purchase and/or use, you agree to hold harmless Flippinout Custom Slingshots and its owner (Nathan Masters), heirs, employees, or assigns of any and all product liability. You agree that the abovementioned will not be held responsible or liable for any consequential, direct or indirect or special loss, injury, or accidents caused by the slingshots, bands, ammo or any other items that we produce, promote, and/or sell. In all cases, the user assumes full responsibility and all risk associated with the use of our products. It is your (the user’s) responsibility to check with local laws in order to be compliant regarding slingshots and any other products that we produce, promote, and/or sell. Our products are not to be purchased or used by anyone under 18 years of age. We require any parents or guardians teaching those under 18 years of age to provide supervision and assure use of proper safety techniques at all times whenever they are using slingshots.
